Tickets for MNSSHP...how soon to buy them

We have been to MVMCP twice and were fortunate this last time to get tickets the day before this last time.
Will we be that lucky with MNSSHP or should we buy them ahead of time? We will be at WDW Oct. 13-23 so there are several days this event will be.

You should be ok. Fridays and Halloween sell out first and usually the last MNSSHP of the year (which was a Friday last year!).

If you know your travel dates I would buy them ahead of time.Alot of schools have Fall Break which happens at the time you'll be there.To be on the safe side I'd purchase them before you went! We went Oct 16th last year (our 9th MNSSHP!) and a fantastic time!

Remember they are non-refundable. The past couple years there were many posts on this board where people bought tickets for MNSSHP or MVMCP in April and then had their plans change and they were trying to sell or exchange them. Unless you are going halloween night, there is no rush. Even halloween night didn't sell out until about a month before. I'm not saying not to buy them ahead of time, I just wouldn't do it 6 months ahead.
