Tickets for MNSSHP 2005?

We're staying at ASM for the last 2 weeks of October 2005 and want to go to MNSSHP on Halloween night. I noticed this year that the tickets for this year had sold out in advance. When do these tickets go on sale and how do I book them (from the UK). Is it very crowded on Halloween night or would it be better going on a different night?

It would be better going on another night if at all possible. Tickets usually go on sale about 4 months out. Oct 31 date didn't sell out till about 2 weeks before Oct.
