Can 1 person from a family get tickets for the whole family for the First Time in Forever Frozen sing along show or does every member have to be there at the ticket window? When does the ticket window open?

Beginning at park opening, one member of your group can stop by the Premiere Theater to pick up tickets for the show of your choice.

You're welcome! Look for the Green Umbrellas on San Francisco Street (across from Premiere) as there should be a CM giving out tickets in that area.

We are arriving at DHS later in the day (3pm). Can you still get tickets for the sing along at that time? Either 5 or 6pm shows? Or is there a standby line?

Yes! Others are reporting the tickets are available. You must stop by the Premiere Theater/San Francisco Street area to pick up tickets for the show... everyone must have a ticket (it's really a Fastpass ticket) for entry.

Awesome, thanks! We are doing EP in the morning so getting a quick break instead of rushing over to DHS or splitting up to get tickets will be a life saver.
