Tickets disappearing from MDE desktop?

So, I haven't gotten the email the CM said I'd get within about 24 hours... no big deal as I could already see the resort/date switch in MDE anyway. Well, I've been working all day and just got home and my ticket and DD14 tickets are gone from the desktop and my DD19 AP still doesn't show.

I had a small panic attack but my PH and DDPH are still on the MDE app. Hopefully this little glitch is because their updating DD19's annual pass with a new expiration date so we can book whatever we need to book with it?

We were ASMovies July 1-5 with fun and sun and had to move to AKL Kidani (paid for the upgrade) July 15-19.

Probably a glitch. I have read that others are seeing this too. If they are on at least one system, then you are fine.

So true. They came back this morning. I'm like, "Hey guys. Where ya been?" The stories they could tell if MDE tickets could talk. I wonder if they saw my other DD's AP while they were gone.

Ours disappeared as well, but I was hoping they would - had to cancel a July trip, and waiting for a refund - was told not to expect the refund until the passes no longer appear in MDE - disappeared this morning and still gone

Ours disappeared this morning as well, but we are in the same boat as tinkerhon (waiting for a refund) so fingers crossed they don’t re-appear!!

Nope - around 5 mins after my post, received a cancellation conf from Disney - refund going back to card in 5 business days
