Tickets delivered to Hotel?

We're thinking of buying from Ticketmania and having them delivered to our hotel. It is a free service. Has anyone done this? Did it work out? Did it work out with a different discount ticket vendor? We'll be at HIFS.

Hi - I did this the last two times and had no problem with them at all. You can also pick the tickets up at their office if you prefer. What I did do, though, was tell them that I was arriving a day earlier so they were waiting at the hotel when we arrived.

I had a problem, but it was totally the fault of the hotel- not Ticketmania. The hotel was helpful and finally managed to find the tickets, but I was pretty upset til we found them!
