Hi all goin to dlp in late sep for 4nights/5days 2 adults, 2 kids (7,4) what tickets do i buy as im in a total state of confusion here HELP PLEASE:confused:

Have you booked a package in a disney hotel? If so your tickets to the parks will be included.
If not you could buy tickets when you are there or it will probably work out cheaper to buy annual passes. There are 3 types at different prices and with different benefits. However the cheapest pass cant be used on day 2 and 3 after purchase and there are blackout days on this one and the Fantasy pass- see the sticky at the top of the pg for more info on each

If you have not bought a package then nnual Passports might be worth considering :)

hi small world i didnt book a package it worked out cheeper to do it myself but i am lost with these tickets do i buy 3 or 4 do i get 1 free because my son is under 7 do i just get these annual passes where can i buy them my computer wont allow me (pop up blockers) buy them on disney website

Hi,

You buy your passes when you get there - as everyone who gets an annual pass needs to have their photograph taken for the photo ID pass, and for the free one (for your 4-year old) they will need to see proof of her age (I took my DD's passport).

When you get to the park - go to the right of the turnstiles and you'll see an office titled "Guest Services". You can pay for your passes there, and then sometime that same day, you go to the Annual Pass office at the top of Main St USA, to get your permanent photo ID passes.

You can also get sponsorship on the other adult pass, and your 7-year olds pass. This would give you 10% discount on those 2 passes.

So yes, you would pay for one adult annual pass, and get the same type free for your 4-year old.
Then you would pay for a pass each for the other adult and your 7-year old. The passes are the same price for adults and children 7-and-over.

Where are you staying? If you are staying in one of the Disney Hotels it nearly always includes tickets in the price - so you may find you've already got them without knowing

Hi small world i am staying at dream castle for 4 nights for E539 for the four of us with alpharooms i hope this is good. I think i hav to get annual passes as i can only get 3 day hopper on the irish dlp site and can u just imagine gettin there and sayin sorry kids we cant go till 2morro we only hav tickets for 3 days id say id be lucky to be alive:rotfl: :rotfl: what does sponsorship mean on these:confused: annual passes Thanks:flower3: :flower3:

Sponsorship of Annual Passes -

For the person buying a new Annual Pass - you get 10% off the price of each pass ie if you want to buy 2 annual passes, and you have a sponsor who can sponsor both those passes, you get 10% off the cost of each pass.

For the sponsor - any holder of an Annual Pass can, in the first year of having it, sponsor up to 3 new Annual Pass purchases. If the sponsor uses up their 3 sponsorships in this first year, they can apply to have their own annual pass extended for a further 12 months for free.

We have an AP sponsorship thread here - I'll bump it up for you and you can ask there for the 2 sponsors you need for the 2 full price Annual Passes you'll need to buy.
