Tickets arrived today & I found an error!

Was dead chuffed to find tickets on doormat when we got in tonight but after spending around 3 hours checking & re-checking every little thing I finaly found the error I think I must have been looking for!

On the voucher for our 5 Park Orlando Flex-Ticket there is a 'commence date' and an attatched notice saying tickets can only be collected on or after this date. Our 'Commence date' is Oct 06th, a whole 8 days after we arrive!

Gavin's going to be most impressed when I tell him he has to call them tomorrow to get a new voucher, He has called them, at my insistance, every day this week asking 'where are my tickets!'

I need him to call them anyway, our hotel voucher has 'also inc 7 day MYW X2' so wanted to double check this is a hotel & Disney tickets voucher.

just as well you double checked everything before you got out there

Turns out the error stems from our original booking been for the 05th Oct which we then pulled forward a week. When we rang to amend everything else got changed but the USF tickets. The Disney tickets are ok as they are on the hotel voucher so can be included in our Key cards.

TCD said we had to return the voucher asap so they can replace. Gavin posted recorded delivery today.

Fine so far....

We travelled with them last year, flights only and have no complaints.

This error doesnt bother me as such but Gavin did have to call twice today to get it sorted.
The first lass said 'it happens all the time dont worry about it' Gavin called back a few hours later when he had more time as the paperwork is very specific about only getting your tickets on or after the date. The second call got it sorted, the lady said get the orignal voucher back asap so we can replace it and she also explained how the error had come about in the first place.
From our point of view everything is fine but somebody who doesnt check thier tickets or who accepted the first outcome would have come unstuck.

TCD came through, they got our wrong voucher back yesterday and we got out new, correct one this morning :teeth:
