Tickets applied to resort ressie?

We bought our park tickets last year but our trip had to be pushed back due to work issues. This was before we decided to stay on-site. We're booked at ASMo for April. Is it possible to have these park tickets applied to our resort ID cards when we check-in? Is it a hassle for the CM's?

I'd like to only have one "card" to carry around rather than 2, more opportunities to get lost. We bought the tickets from the local Disney Store and still have the receipt for them, they've never been used, etc. Is this possible?

Are they Magic Your Way tickets? With the new system they can put them onto your resort ID cards they just transfer the numbers off your current ticket (which then voids what you have) onto the ID card entitlement number. Not sure if it can be done if they are the older version tickets but MYW can be done easily. Just bring them to the Lobby Concierge at your hotel (or Guest Services at one of the parks) and ask them, the worst they can do is say that they can't because of the type of ticket it is...
