I am still pretty confused as to which tickets to buy for our six day stay at Disney. We have six full days to take it all in(it's our first trip to WDW). With the children 6 & 9 they want to see everything but with sorter park hours, will we get everything in. And with going in November, will be be able to see the water parks as well?? Has anyone went in November before because I'd like to hope the weather is comforatable enough to go in the water. I understand the water is heated but if the weather is chilly, heated water isn't going to help when you're standing in line for slides!! After our Disney stay, we are taking the 5 day cruise as well. Very excited!!! Any advise??

Hi shadawn, we have been to WDW in mid-November and while the mornings started out cool it warmed up nicely during the day, EXCEPT on our last day there, when it didn't warm up! It's the time of year when you have to be prepared for anything, I guess.

As far as tickets, you could either purchase the 4 Day Park Hoppers and then purchase a separate water park ticket. This will give you a day left over in your schedule to relax around your resort or go to Downtown Disney.

Or if you plan to go back (of course you will!) you could purchase the 5 Day Park Hopper Plus which, in addition to 5 days at the theme parks, will also give you 2 options that you could use for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. This is like having 7 park days! (You don't have to go to a theme park on the day you want to do an "option".) Whatever you have left over (whether it be park days or options) can be used for a future trip, because they never expire.

I was there in mid November in 2000. Blizard Beach was the only water park that was opened. The other were closed for renovations. It was warn enough to go use the park.

We've been twice in November and we've always been able to use the pool everytime.:D The evenings tended to get a little cooler with a jacket needed most nights. Our last trip was Nov/Dec 2000 and we actually had a few really chilly nights where I wished I'd had my winter coat and gloves! LOL:p But that's the beauty of Florida.........the weather changes faster than you can talk about!;)

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful holiday! Here's wishing you.....:sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: ;)

Hi,

We were in WDW in November 2000 as well, and we only took our shorts out of our suitcases to wear. The pants never did come out at all. We went to Blizzard Beach and found the water there to be warm and it didn't bother us at all to be standing in lines wet. One thing to note though was that at some of the park rides you can get pretty drenched with water and if you do these without a change of clothes on hand or something to protect your clothes from getting wet than you will probably take an awful long time to dry out as the weather is not really hot enough to dry your clothes out. We really enjoyed going to WDW in November and did'nt have to wait to long for any rides so our plan is to go back again this year in November again. I'm sure you will have a wonderful time.

Thank you for the words of comfort. I think the 5 day park hopper plus with the two options will probably be my tickets of choice. That way I could stop back at WDW on the way home after the cruise "if I wanted to, LOL". Thank You Sammi for all the sunshine wishes. I sure hope they work!!!
