Tickets and Express Pass

I just have a quick question about tickets and the Express Pass. I know we get our Express Pass when we check into our hotel. My question is - can I make a change to the ticket after we do that? I'm not sure weather I should get a park-to-park ticket for DH or just the single park ticket - he has some health issues and I'm not sure how much park time he will truly be up for. If he decides he wants to do both parks in the same day is it easy to change the base ticket to park to park? Do I just go to Guest Services to do that?

Your hotel express pass is a separate card from your park tickets. You can upgrade your park tickets without any trouble. Just remember if you're traveling after Diagon Alley opens you'll need a Park to Park ticket to be able to ride the Hogwart's Express.
