Does anyone know anything about Ticketmania? I purchased tickets from themthrough the mousesavers.com newsletter two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them or gotten my tickets. Do you think I should call them to find out what is going on? TIA

I think they fill the orders based on the trip dates you enter, so the people who need them the fastest get them. Also, they note on the website that they only process and send orders on business days (M-F).

I think it was a month before I got the msg saying the order had been mailed. They'll send it USPS Priority Mail.

Don't worry, they're very reliable!

You still should have received an e-mail confirmation of your purchase. They say 2-3 weeks for delivery (that's business days only), so I would count off 21 business days from when you ordered. If they haven't arrived by then, give them a call just to confirm.

I was considered an international order, and I was thrilled that the tickets were delivered to me after only 9 business days -- which is 2 weeks.

Forgot to mention -- my dates were 3 months away when I ordered, and they still filled my order immediately.

I would call and confirm for your piece of mind, they are a reputable WDW ticket seller though lots of people buy them.. Another great one I use is mapleleaftickets. com..

I called them directly and ordered mine yesterday for Oct trip. I rec'd an email confirmation that they would be shipped mid August.
ALso..before you order look at prices on their website. I only needed a 7 day hopper and the 8 day was actually less $$. So I took that and now maybe can stop by MK on way to airport as flight home is not till 2:20!!

They were behind on getting my tickets out last week. I had received an e-mail saying I would receive them around July 25, so when I still didn't have them on the 27th I just e-mailed and asked. They were shipped out later than their e-mail had said. I ended up receiving them on the 30th. I guess some more urgent ticket orders came in (since my trip is in January) and it just caused them to get behind.

i got cirque and disney quest tickets through them, no problems...they had the cirque tickets at the resort desk when we checked in since it was a last min. plan. they seemed helpful and nice so i doubt they'd have a fit if you'd just email and ask how yours are coming.
