Can anyone tell me if ticketmania is a good company to use for buying our tickets?

I wholeheartedly recommend Ticketmania.

I've used them for the first time ever for our coming trip - we bought 4 x 3 day PHP's, 4 x 5 day Orlando Flex tickets and 4 Disneyquest tickets, all at a good discount to the official price.

Ticketmania's prices are very competitive - I researched a lot of other sites, and very few of those beat TM's prices - and they do not currently charge for postage to the UK.

On both our orders, the tickets arrived in less than 6 days, the second order only having been placed after the Christmas rush had started ! Very impressive.

I'll be using them again for sure.

We always use them and in 5 trips, have had great sevice from them.
They even rang me this time. (just for a query, but I had a lovely chat with Angela, and it was so exciting to get a call from the states!!).
We find the prices are good as the tax is included and so is the postage so what you see is what you pay.

Yes - we've used them twice. The first time was about 12 months ago and they were very patient and helpful - responding to all my email queries before and after I placed the order. Tickets arrived exactly as promised - they even included maps of the parks for us.

We have just used them again - very straightforward. Tickets arrived again as promised.

I would shop around though. We decided to buy 7-day PHP's from Attraction Tickets Direct in the UK - as their price (£195) included a free visit to Disney Quest - whereas the Ticketmania ones didn't.

We used Ticketmania for tickets for Busch Gardens, KSC and Hard Rock Vault (excellent discount for this!), but used ATD for the PHPs. I used the Universal website for the 2-park/5-days passes at $89.95 each (plus tax & delivery).

(If anyone knows about Belbin team types - wouldn't you just know that I am classified as a 'resource investigator'!!!!)

Hi, have used Ticketmania twice now and both times they have been outstanding. They have delivered within a week both times and they have excellent prices. The free shipping is good too. I'd heartily recommend them!

We haven't activated our passes yet but the service and prices we have had from Ticketmania has been excellent.

Bought our Seaworld Buy one day get one free ticket in September. It took 8 days to arrive. Bought our 30 day Fun in Sun pass on December 20th arrived on 30th.

They also sell a media pack. Although its mainly brochures that are free in the USA they don't charge a great deal for it and its a brilliant way to show children (and grown up children) a bit of whats in store.

Ticketmania do, however, send the brochure for the park you have bought tickets for anyway so, as in our case, where we have bought virtually everything from them I wouldn't get the media pack until you have seen what comes free with the tickets.
