I bought my Disney passes through Ticketmania on December 16th. I still haven't received them, although they are on my Visa bill. Has anyone else had a problem with Ticketmania recently?
 
I am in the UK, we bought our tickets last July and had really good service from them. They arrived in less than 2 weeks and they emailed us to check everything was ok.

Sorry to hear your having trouble.
 
We got ours in about 2 weeks - I would call them and see if they can trace the mail - I think ours was registered mail but am not sure.
 
We just returned from Disney bought tickets thru ticketmania and had no problems. Great service the tickets arrived in 10 days. I would contact them.
 

We've had good service from them too. You should have them by now.

Definitely call them as others have suggested.
 
When are you leaving...if you are running out of time have them change your delivery to a "will call" for pick up at the front desk. I've had to do this at the last minute and even change the hotel and they have always had them there no problem. :paw:
 
As was suggested, I called Ticketmania on January 14th. The person that I spoke to agreed that it was very unusual that the tickets hadn't arrived yet, but asked me to wait and see if they arrived by the 19th. He told me that if the tickets didn't arrive by the 19th, that they would be reported as stolen and they would be reissued to me. They didn't arrive! I called this morning, and was asked to be more patient. We agreed that if they didn't arrive by the 25th, that they would finally report them as stolen, and reissue the tickets.

Having never dealt with Ticketmania before, I am getting very annoyed by this runaround. I spoke to the Manager who told me that he has had many complaints from Canadians this week - and told me that "you must be awfully slow up there." I rather doubt that Canada Post's efficiency is the problem here as I have found their service to be very quick in recent years.

Anyway, I continue to be very nervous about this. The tickets have already been charged to my visa bill. Please reassure me!!!
 
How did they ship it to you?

It should have a tracking number - which can be easily traced online through Canada Post, UPS, Fedex..whatever company they use.

Call back, get the tracking number (waybill code, maybe) and if they can't provide that to you...cancel, re-issue, and have those sent registered..for sure:)

I have ordered from them 5 times (I buy tickets slowly one at a time) and the last time I had the "runaround" too. I ordered my tickets and took a long time to get to me, then I FINALLY got them and they sent a childs ticket not an adult as I paid for phoned them they said I had to mail them back and then they would re-issue it, I was leaving in 10 days at that point I asked what happens if you don't get them in time, was basically told "too bad so sad" they would not re-issue with out the old one back I asked even though this is YOUR fault, yup no ticket until we get ours back... I sent them ups so I would KNOW when they got it, and I had to pay for that, then I had hotel pickup since there was not time to get them in my mail. picked it up at the front desk.. get this.. NO TICKET.. I had the photocopy but not the ticket. phoned them they said they would come out next day... I was a little mad by this point and made them come out that day.
no apoligy or anything, I was hoping they would give me the plus' on the ticket just because of all the errors but they did not do that. I order from Discount Orlando now.
I see that TicketMania is charging $10.00 shipping now too.

I would speak to the owner and make him keep the verbal contract of re-issueing the tickets as they said they would.
 
We had no problems. Order tickets 12-30-05 and on the same day received 2 emails from ticketmania. 1st email was a confirmation of purchase, the 2nd email said ticket would be mail out no later than 01-12-06 and I should expect them to receive them around 01-19-06, a few days longer for international mailings. We received them 01-16-06. Wish you luck in getting your tickets.
 
I too have ordered from Ticketmania, a couple of times in fact, through the Mousesaver's newsletter and never had a problem however, when I went to order my ticket on what I thought was the last day before the recent price hike, they had already raised their prices.

Since discountorlandovacation.com had not yet raised their prices, I ordered through them, got free shipping too and had my ticket in less time than I thought it would be. I received 2 emails from them, confirming my order. Included was a photocopy of the ticket back and a Disney brochure. I was very satisfied with their service.

Mousy, I also saw that Ticketmania is now charging for shipping. Discountorlando is still offering free shipping "for a limited time".
 
I placed my order on line to TIcketmania on Dec 24. On Dec 28 I received an email saying they had been mailed that day and it would be 11-15 days. Well on the 15th day from Dec 28, I got them in the mail. Hopefully all will be straightened out soon! I ordered from them 2 years ago as well and had no issues. Good LUck. Jo

No, I still haven't received them. I'm getting very anxious - I know that we have lots of time before we leave for our trip, but I'm afraid that they will never come. If I ever do receive them, I will post!
 
I personally would phone them and comment that if you are not given a tracking number or another one sent out that you will be advising your credit card to do a chargeback.

I bet that would get their attention.
 
The manager at Ticketmania actually called me yesterday and told me that he would FedEx me a new set on Thursday if I don't receive the original set today. Fingers still crossed...

Ordered my tickets on Dec 18th, 2006

Was emailed that the tickets were mailed out no later than 12-30-05 and should expect them to arrive around 01-07-06.

Have called and they say one more day maybe they will arrive.

As of today no tickets.

Dooes anyone have a managers name and also a toll free number to call from Canada.

I have called on their 407-264-9977 # . If I keep this up so much for the savings on the tickets.
