As was suggested, I called Ticketmania on January 14th. The person that I spoke to agreed that it was very unusual that the tickets hadn't arrived yet, but asked me to wait and see if they arrived by the 19th. He told me that if the tickets didn't arrive by the 19th, that they would be reported as stolen and they would be reissued to me. They didn't arrive! I called this morning, and was asked to be more patient. We agreed that if they didn't arrive by the 25th, that they would finally report them as stolen, and reissue the tickets.
Having never dealt with Ticketmania before, I am getting very annoyed by this runaround. I spoke to the Manager who told me that he has had many complaints from Canadians this week - and told me that "you must be awfully slow up there." I rather doubt that Canada Post's efficiency is the problem here as I have found their service to be very quick in recent years.
Anyway, I continue to be very nervous about this. The tickets have already been charged to my visa bill. Please reassure me!!!
