Ticketmania: Too Good to be True?

Hi, we are leaving on Friday :flower:and I went online last night to purchase some tickets. I was going to just purchase from Disney directly, but decided to check on ticketmania. They are offering 8 and 9 day MYW tickets for only a few dollars more than the 7 day! These are not tickets I can buy at the gate or from Disney online, so I am shocked at the fact that they exist and their price. Example: the 7 day adult ticket with park hopping priveleges that expires 14 days after first use is $234, while the same 9 day ticket is $235. How can this be? Their website says they discourage phone calls (I understand because if they are offering such great prices, they have to cut money somewhere), so I was wondering if any of you could give me insight to whether or not you have used them, and if these prices are indeed legitimate. Thanks.

Me too! I bought tickets that were not listed on the Disney site and had not problem. I would buy from them again.

Disney does sell the 8 and 9 day MYW tickets but you have to call. For some reason the web site has not been updated to show these options.

I bought 10-day hoppers from Ticketmania, and used the passes last week with no problems at all :)

When our current park hopper tickets are used up, we will probably go with the 10 day non-expire hopper tickets with the pluses (now that Disney Quest is part of that).

They seem to be the best deal if you tend to go back. We won't need another ticket, though, for a couple of years.

I used Ticketmania for the first time on our last trip and definitely plan on using them for the next trip to purchase a 10-day MYW with no expiry for use on two trips. They also had free shipping too so it was definitely worth it and no problems at all with the tix. They even photocopied the back of teh tickets for us and sent that along as well. Have a great trip.

On Friday I received our 10 day MYW no hop/no expire tickets from Discount Orlando. They were the cheapest price with the discount from Mary's site that I could find. Cheaper then Ticketmania, Maple Leaf, The Official Ticket Center and Disney.

I've used Ticketmania before and no complaints. I will be ordering from them, again, for our December trip.

8, 9, and 10 day MYW ticket are only a few more dollars than the 7 day no matter where you get them. I checked through my travel agent. It is a GREAT deal if you can use all the days, but not a special deal from Ticketmania.
