Ticketmania sends e-mail notification?

Did I read somewhere that Ticketmania sends and e-mail letting you know when they're mailing your tickets? I ordered mine last Wednesday and I'm getting a little nervous... Is there any way to contact them to see or track your order?

They did indeed send an email with anticipated shipping and arrival dates. I too ordered last week (Monday), and received the tickets on Friday. AOL sent their notification email to my spam folder, so you may need to either check there, or call them.

I just placed my order with them today and received an email within a couple of hours. It basically said "Your order will be mailed out no later then 03-29-05 expect them to arrive around 04-05-05, a few days longer for International Mailings."

Hi,
I ordered mine today and received an email back saying when they were mailing them and when I should expect delivery.
If these messages are automated, I would guess that your notifications probably got snuffed by a spam/junk filter.
