Ticketmania hotel delivery?

Has anyone used the "hotel delivery" option Ticketmania offers? I was just wondering how it worked out, and if they deliver on Sundays? Thanks

We did - had delivery March 14, which was a MOnday, so I don't know about Sundays.

We checked in about 4:30 pm and then went to our room (at CSR) and then straight out to dinner (O'Hana), and only then did I remember that we didn't ask for the tickets....so I was a little panicked but when I went to guest services about 10pm they were able to retrieve the package for me, full of brochures and mags with coupons and maps, etc - and the tickets, phew.

I mention all this to say that the Disney CMs don't necessarily tell you that the package is there waiting, or at least ours didn't - but it did make it safe and sound.

I don't know whether they deliver on Sunday, but if they don't they will just drop it off on Saturday so it's waiting for you. They deliver one day in advance of your check-in anyway, so one extra day doesn't matter.

I used TicketMania in Dec 03 and my package was waiting for me when I checked in, exactly as advertized.

Can anyone tell me how this works? Friends of ours ordered online and it said they would be contacted within 4 days for hotel delivery information. They said there was nowhere on the form to enter at which hotel (WL) they are staying.Tomorrow will be 4 days and they have not yet been contacted. They are leaving this Saturday for the trip. Is this usual?

TicketMania called me about 2 days after I placed the order to ask for my hotel info, but since your friends are so close to departure they should call TicketMania or at least email thier hotel info.

I used ticketmania for our trip last week. I was told that our tickets would be delivered between 4 & 6:00am. They were not. I had purchased a one base ticket from Disney in order to book the dining package do our day wasn't ruined.

I called Ticketmania and they made a special trip to deliver the tickets.

My experience with Ticketmania and hotel delivery option.....

They deliver but not within the timeframes they advertise. For a trip in March 05 to WDW, I did not receive a morning delivery until sometime after 1:00 pm. In August 2004, Universal tickets, scheduled for morning delivery by 10:00 am, were not delivered until close to noon. The customer service rep who answered the phone was not at all helpful. While the late delivery did not not ruin either of these trips, it did affect scheduled activities for those particular days. In short, price is good; service is not, and I will not purchase from this company in the future.

I was afraid of the delivery being late, too, so I just pushed up my arrival time by a day when I ordered (I arrived on Thursday night but I told them I was arriving Wednesday night).

So I can request they be delivered the night before so that they are there the day of ??

Sure Vicki just tell Ticketmania you are arriving on Tuesday if you are really arriving Wednesday, and they will deliver early.

Theoretically, they are supposed to deliver your passes the day before your arrival anyway so they are waiting for you when you check in, but it sounds as though they are cutting it closer and closer and that's why they are missing people's deadlines.

Very useful info. I was going to order and have them delivered on 11/19 the day we arrive. But I will need the Disney Quest tickets that day. So I will tell them I am arriving on 11/18.

Now will POP CM know that I am arriving on 11/19 and not turn the package away since I will not have checked in yet?
