I just had to let you all know how great Ticketmania was about a mistake I made when ordering tickets online this weekend. Friday night I decided to order my (4) 5day plus 4 tickets and (2) Disney Quest tickets, and carefully (or so I thought) selected regular/free shipping, then scrolled down to complete the order. I was so concerned with ordering the correct tickets, that I forgot to double check the shipping options, so when I printed out my receipt, I saw that I had inadavertently selected the Express shipping for an extra $25!!! I realized I must have forgotten to "click" off to the side after selecting the shipping choice, before scrolling down to complete the order, and therefore ended up scrolling to the Express option. I was so mad at myself for the stupid error, and called and left a message asking if it could be corrected. I had already resigned myself that I'd get stuck paying it, and had written it off in my mind as , "what's $25 when I'm paying $1000 worth of tickets", but decided to call first thing Sat. morning when they opened, just in case they hadn't processed my order. Well, I got a very nice man who said of course they could correct that if I didn't really need it!! WOOHOO! Needless to say I thanked him profusely, and said I'd heard wonderful things about their service, and it's now obvious why! I can stop kicking myself now!
