Ticketmania - Great customer service!!

I ordered our park tickets online late last night, by this afternoon I started thinking that I should have used a different credit card. I figured it was too late, but decided to shoot them an email to see. No kidding, 5 mins later I got a reply that it was no problem, please call them directly with the credit card # I wanted to use. While I was calling them, they beeped in on the other line calling me!
What great, speedy customer service!!! This is my 2nd time using Ticketmania, but definitely not my last....
Thought I would post here about it in case someone else was on the fence about using them.

I also used them this year, for the first time. Though I usually don't order such 'big ticket' items online, the discount was enough to convince me. ( it was through a link on mousesavers.com) I purchased 5 'ten-day park hopper plus passes' (4 ad/1 ch). They emailed me instantly that the order went through, then emailed again when they were shipped, which was about 3 days later. Along with the passes were a bunch of orlando area coupons, maps, booklets.....and they even sent a photocopy of your passes, just incase you lose them. I was extremely happy with their service and I would highly recommend them..which I already have to my family members..

I find that, with shipping, they are only $1.37 less for a 3 day hopper with expiry than buying direct from Disney (and that's with the MouseSavers discount). Am I missing a significant difference here? I've heard great things but I'm just not seeing the advantage of going with them rather than direct with Disney.

I also bought from Ticketmania and this is my second trip using them. The 6 day hoppers came out about $20 cheaper. I needed 8 originally so they were a good savings. I do agree, the customer service was fantastic. We all know how strict policies are for returning or cancelling tickets and Ticketmania worked with me during a tough situation. I work is customer services and these guys clearly understand thier business and customer satisfaction. Based on what they did for me this time around, they will have my business for all future trips.

I think the more days you buy, the bigger the savings. I bought 2 adult, one child 6 day expiry hoppers with the Mousesavers discount. Once I added the 6.5% tax to the price on the Disney site + $3 shipping, I saved $48.

Love ticketmania. Last trip I bought 2 children tixs for DQ, forgetting that my son would be 10 by the time we travelled. I called them right up and they switched the order right away, very friendly.

They used to not charge for shipping and then it was a GREAT deal... now i buy my tickets at the local disney store... it is the same price as going to AAA!! But they did have great customer service!

I forgot about buying them at the Disney store, I had added the $3 for shipping from Disney. Subtract that, I still saved $45 from Ticketmania!! I really didn't get any discounts on any other aspects of this trip, so I am happy about this one!
