Hi~

With the latest Mousesavers newsletter, we are thinking about buying a 10 day pass for the three of us. Our trip is not until May but I wanted to have them paid for and in my hands as early as possible.

How reliable is their Prioity $5 shipping?

Anyone have success stores or even horror stories (and how it was resolved) from them.

I have used ticketmania without a hitch on a few occasions. However, I always use their 'Will Call' (meaning, I pick them up when I get to Orlando).

We bought 10 day no expiry tickets for our trip last December. They are very reliable and got them to us with time to spare. You have to give them the date you are leaving, they make sure you get them. I also got a whole bunch of Orlando books (the ones that you get for free from restaurants and stores). It was great to have them in advance to look over what we wanted to do.

We've used them twice...both times we had our tickets delivered to our WDW resort with no problems

Will definitely use them again. :sunny:

I used Ticketmania for the first time last year and highly recommend them to everyone. I doubt you need the priority mailing, if you order now, you should get them in less than 2 weeks. Just put down that your trip in in Feb. or March.

I used them twice last year as did a friend and we had no problems - they were delivered in plenty of time (we went with the free delivery).

Yeah they don't have free delivery option any more... Or am I missing it from the pull down menu?! Did you have to sign for the tickets or were they just left on your doorstep?

I ordered ours on January 1rst and they arrived yesterday in a post office Priority envelope that was left on our front porch. Inside was our tickets with a phototcopy of them. There was also about 6 brochures on Orlando which I thought was nice to able to look at. We aren't going until March, so we weren't in a huge hurry for them. They did arrive before our e-mail from ticketmania had said they would though.

I have used them twice to order tickets. I used the free shipping option both times. I had no problems either time. The tickets were shipped right out and I had them in plenty of time for our trip. I would definately use them again.

I've used them many times for PI and DQ tickets. We have PAPs and APs, but on our Christmas trip, I needed a 10-day no expiry for my college DD. They got them to Windsor Palms (or should I say the correct management company) for me, as we were flying into MCO after their office had closed for the Christmas holiday. I really endorse their services!

to use a non-Disney source for tickets but due to the savings, we went with Ticketmania and NEVER regretted it! They were very prompt and delivered on their price, time frame and legit tickets. Would use them in a heartbeat!

Ticketmania is beyond reliable.

I ordered tickets about 2 years ago, beating a price increase and figuring that they would be a good hedge against inflation (which they are).

When my credit card statement appeared, there was a charge for the tickets, which reminded me I had not received them. It was a Saturday but I called anyway. The woman listened to what I had to say and then told me someone would call me on Monday.

Later in the week I realized I had not heard from them. I called them and was told they had mailed out new tickets. I was pretty impressed that they did this without making a big deal out of it. I figured they just cancelled the tickets.

Two days later, while having a party for my son, the new tickets came in the mail. I told people what had happened. My Mother then said she thought a package had come one day .. and sure enough it was there in the garage. The original tickets had been shipped and were not lost.

On Monday, I called Ticketmania to let them know I had gotten both packages and did they want me to destroy the original tickets since they were cancelled. They asked me to ship them back, since they were valid, good tickets. They had no way of cancelled as I expected. They simply took my word I had not gotten the tickets and sent me another set.

Did I mention this was over $700 worth of tickets?

They are terrific!

(oh, and I did send back the the extra tickets)

Wow! What great references! Yes, the Mouseletters newsletter today convinced me to do room-only AAA discount through CRO for our next trip (which I booked today) I will order the tickets through ticketmania!!!

I've bought tickets from them with no problems. I received the tickets with lots of coupons for the Orlando area and photocopies of the tickets. I used the free ground shipping and I received them in 10 days. I would definitely use them again.

I had an experience similar to Mojomanny's. We ordered almost literally right after the switch from PH/PHP to MYW tickets. We were accidentally sent adult tickets instead of child tickets for our kids. It took a few phone calls, but they sent me the correct tickets via overnight mail, and included a stamped envelope to send back the incorrect ones. The phone calls were a little bit of a hassle, but they took care of me in the end. (Originally, they wanted me to exchange them at their office, which wasn't in the cards for us on arrival day.)

This year, I ordered from Disney directly; I ordered on 12/31, after TM had already raised their prices for 2006 but before WDW had done so. But, I've got no reason not to recommend TM.
