Hi, intend to do US and IOA in the final week of a 3 week stay when we are staying on ID ( 2 weeks on site at WDW), i want to try and crack both parks in 2 days leaving time for shopping etc. The general consensus seems to be to get a 2 week 2 park ticket online in UK, would it not be cheaper to buy 2 park ticket at gate on the days in question at US, taking into account exchange rate on credit card? It will be two adults and two 3 kids. Thanks in advance guys, this site is a great source of info.

You can check US price online and compare. Did not understood completely what you trying to achieve?

Sorry should have been clearer. I was meaning if is anyone's experience if buying tickets at the gate for two day visit, on a daily basis is cheaper than the UK online option of two weeks. We would definitely not be able to utilise the full two weeks.

Doing some quick looking, buying a 2 day park to park ticket at the gate about $208 when you add in sales tax. Using the exchange rate on google that's about 121 pounds. In the U.S. that's the same price as a 4 day ticket in advance from Universal Website and a couple of dollar more expensive than a 14 day 3 park ticket at Undercover Tourist. So, I wouldn't be surprised that the UK 14 day ticket might be cheaper.
