Ticketing issue email address?

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest who I might contact to resolve a situation regarding a family member becoming ill and not being able to use one day of a 3 day ticket ? We're hoping they'll let us apply it to a future ticket. I emailed guest services and was told " the email team was not able to assist me" but failed to give me an alternative address. Thanks in advance.
 
I don't have an email address but you might try calling Disney Ticketing at 407-566-4985.

It sounds as though this family member became ill during your vacation. For the record it's always easiest to deal with such issues in-person while you are still there.

Yes, you’d think I’d know that. Been going to WDW since ‘71. But…didn’t think of it until I got home. The reason I wanted to email was to explain the circumstances in detail. Sometimes I feel they stop listening if it’s too long of a story. I’ll call if need be. Thanks for the number.
 
If the ticket was not used at all, you should be good. No refund by ticket should keep its value.
