Hi All,
Can anyone suggest who I might contact to resolve a situation regarding a family member becoming ill and not being able to use one day of a 3 day ticket ? We're hoping they'll let us apply it to a future ticket. I emailed guest services and was told " the email team was not able to assist me" but failed to give me an alternative address. Thanks in advance.
