we are going in a few weeks. And only bought a 1 day ticket. Not we want to go 2 days. Can I upgrade to a 2 day pass online so that I can pick FP+ For both days?

If you purchased your tickets directly through Disney or your MDE account, call Disney's Ticketing department and they can assist in adding on the 2nd day.
