My 20 year old daughter (college student) is going to WDW next week as a nanny. The family has bought her a 7 day pass - no hopping. Can she upgrade the pass to an annual pass using my DVC discount??

I believe as long as she is a member of your household and has your member card then it would be fine. I would call MS just to confirm. My DS was asked for my DVC card when he activated his AP voucher.

Does she have a driver's license with the same address as you?

Copied this from the Members' Website for you:

Who is eligible to receive the Annual Pass discount?
Disney Vacation Club Members receive a discount on the Pass for themselves and their immediate family residing in the same household only. At the time of purchase or redemption, your Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card must be provided and ALL ADULTS must present a valid driver's license or state identification card showing they reside in the same household.

Who is defined as "immediate family"?
"Immediate family" is defined by Walt Disney World Resort for discount purposes as noted below: Spouse/Registered Domestic Partner, Parent/Step Parent, Mother-In-Law/Father-In-Law, Child/Step Child, Brother/Stepbrother, Sister/Stepsister, Brother-In-Law/Sister-In-Law, Grandparent, and Grandchild.

Can I use my discount to buy a Pass for someone other than myself or immediate family residing in the same household?
No. This discount is exclusive for Members and may not be transferred. This perk may be revoked in the event of abuse.

It doesn't appear that a nanny is eligible. Sorry.

I may be having a senior moment, but I thought OP said that her daughter is the nanny? :confused3 Aren't children of members, provided they live in the same household, eligible for the discount?

Yes, you are correct. I missed that part.

As long as the daughter has a photo ID that shows she resides at the parents' (who are the actual members) address, she can get the DVC discounted pass.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I have a question about redeeming our exchange certificates. Will I need to bring some type of ID for my 16 and 14 year old daughters since they are adult tickets? My 16 year old won't have a driver's license before our trip so I'm wondering if this may be an issue.

Probably not. I don't remember them asking my son last summer for an ID when he was 14, nearly 15.

Thank you for the reply. I was hoping that was the case because I can't think of any single piece of ID they have with both a picture and our address.
