Just returned from a lovely week long trip to Disney and I thought I'd share a warning about some difficulty I had at the guest relations desk at DD.
We arrived in Orlando on 7/30 and had dinner at Wolfgang Puck that night. While we were waiting I stopped in at guest relations to check on some old park hoppers that might have had a day or two. The fellow swiped the card said nothing left. I was a little suprised becasue I was pretty convinced there was at least a day left. He kept the card and I went to dinner and stewed on it over my tasty meal. When we went to buy tickets from th concierge desk the next morning - I took out the remaining old park hopper and had it checked and sure enough - there was a day left. It seems that the CM has to type the ticket number in - the system doesn't read it automatically. I was annoyed to no end as I was out a days pass. I passed the news along about my experiences at the DD guest realtions office to the CM at the Boardwalk - he just said - oops!
