Has anyone whose trip has been impacted by Irma had luck getting Disney to add no expiration to multi-day tickets that they started to use?

We used 2 days of our 6 day park hoppers before we left due to Irma. The line at guest services was really long when we left, and my family was in a hurry to hit the road so I didn't sort our tickets out before we left.

I don't need or want a refund, I'm just hoping we can use our remaining 4 days on another trip. Anyone had any luck?

Since no expiration is no longer an option, I don't think so, but you would need to call ticketing, because it sounds like you are already gone. I would hope they would make exceptions in this case, but who knows. Good luck

On the Irma thread, there were a few people who weren't able to use all of their days and it sounded like Disney was offering refunds for the unused days. Disney will make more money in the long run that way, too. The cost of a new four-day ticket would be much higher than the amount they would need to refund from your longer stay ticket for your unused days.

There isn't a NE option anymore. But, it you call and ask for a refund, they will refund you. They did it last year for Matthew and have been doing it for the Irma folks. But, you have to call and ask for a refund.
