Ticket refund if trip is canceled?

It looks like DD's September vacation has to be canceled. She/SIL have one-day/two-park passes to Universal. Will Universal refund ticket cost, or hold the cost on reserve until they CAN travel?

There are phone numbers on there for questions. Policy is no refunds but the value is preserved for 365 days. They should call the phone number and talk to Universal Ticketing to confirm.

Yes, definitely call.
For me I was really sick during my vacation and Guest Relations attached a case # which made the park ticket (5 day, 2 Parks) loose it's monetary value, meaning I can't upgrade to an annual pass. However the ticket now never expires. If they do the same for you, you must write the Case # down and keep it safe. If you loose it, consider it lost.
