Ticket Refund for MNSSHP?

My wife's father has taken ill and we have cancel our trip for next week. I know the refund policy is pretty much nil, but does anyone know if they ever make exceptions to the policy? They are etickets, can they be sold on ebay in the event Disney wont refund or does the user need my credit card for admission?

I have heard of people getting refunds for these tickets even though it says no refunds. Yours is a legitimate excuse and it can't hurt to call and ask for a refund. I'm sorry to hear about your f in law.

2 yrs ago we had just gotten to Disney when we got the phone call that my father in law passed away. They were really good about refunding our tickets. Give them a call and explain.

I can report that Disney refunded the tickets today. It was without any hesitation which was really appreciated.
