Ticket refund/exchange ?

I purchased the 2day3free tickets last
Christmas and was wondering if you could exchange or get a refund and purchase the new 75.00 tickets.Does anyone know any information about this?
 
You can't upgrade to the 5 day tickets since they are only sold online.
