Havent been to US/IOA for awhile.

Can you upgrade your ticket lets say you buy a two day ticket and you dont get everything done can you add another day or park to park also?

Also is there a non Fl resident annual pass available?

Yes to both questions. You can upgrade your park tickets before the ticket expires. Go to Guest Services to upgrade.
