How do I figure out how many "plus" options you receive for each day purchased? For example if I buy a 6 day pass how many do I receive? or a 5 day pass? I am sure this information is somewhere but I can't find it! Thanks!

1, 2, 3 day, two plusses for $48.
4, 5 day, three plusses
6 day, four plusses
7, 8, 9, 10 day, five plusses for the same $48.

Plusses need not be used on the same day(s) you visit the theme parks. For example with the 1 day pass and plus pack you may use the plusses on days before or after the day you go into the theme parks. A 10 day pass with plus pack can give up to 14 consecutive days of Disney fun (15 not necessarily consecutive days if non-expiring).

ok, so lets say I buy a five day hopper w/3pluses. If I went to Magic Kingdom or any other park during the day, I cannot go to Pleasure Island in the Evening? :confused3

I still have a day left on each of 3 tickets bought in 2000. Can I still apply these unused days to new 5 day tickets? Where do I do this? :earboy2:

You sure can - you will just use up one park hopper day and one plus admission. However, if you went to PI AND, say, a waterpark or DQ, you would use up two plusses.

Did that answer your question?

If you mean park days (as opposed to plusses), yes, you can.

HOWEVER, it may not be in your best interest to do so. They will only give you the equivalent of the cash value paid for the ticket originally. I'm just pulling numbers out of my behind as an example, but let's say you paid $100 for a 5-day ticket, they'd only give you $20 credit if they only have one day left (the actual value you paid for that day - with my example, it's $100/5 original days).

This may or may not be worth it, depending on how it works out financially. It's quite a long page, but check out this link at AllEarsNet for more details about this.

Finally, you can only use one ticket to upgrade one ticket - you couldn't, say, use three tickets and apply the value to a single ticket. You could use three of them to purchase three tickets, however.

You may just find it easier to use up the day, and buy 4-day tickets instead. The only way you can do this is at Disney, however - at guest relations, as they won't do it over the phone.

Good luck!

I bought a seven-day MYW Plus ticket (no hopping) and didn't give a whole lot of thought to the plusses. I know it will let me into the waterparks as plusses, but what other plusses are available?

Other plus venues besides water parks: Pleasure Island, Wide World of Sports general admission, and (post-2004 passes) Disney Quest.

Using up the one remaining day and buying a new pass for 4 more days is a not so great idea in most cases. Better to save the old pass for the future and buy a new 5 day pass for nine more dollars. If you buy a new pass with even more days and non-expiration now, there is no disadvantage of using up the remains of the new pass as-is and the remains of the old pass as-is on a future trip.
