Can you purchase an 8 day ticket at your hotel when you check in. I only seen a 7 or 10 day ticket available online. Thanks in advance!

Yes you can purchase your tickets when you check in.

The 8 day ticket is not online but you can call and order it. I got my 8 day tickets from Ticketmania(online) and they were selling them at a special price-cheaper than the 7 day ticket actually (hopper that expires).
