Before I call Universal or AAA and get stuck on hold for hours...

We were scheduled to go the end of April. Well, as we all know that’s not going to happen. I was talking it out with the husband and since the youngest can’t afford to miss any more school, the best time for us to go is not until end of April 2021. I bought our tickets in November. They were promotional 5 days Get third park free, park to park, with an expiration of May 2020. Which would have been plenty of time had the virus not happened. But it is what it is. I bought them through AAA. I know according to Universal I can use the value of the tickets ($1500) to buy new tickets but how do I go about doing that? I was thinking I would upgrade to annual passes so I’d have longer to use them. Does anyone know if I can do that with AAA tickets if I haven’t activated them in the parks or am I going to be out of luck?

I don’t know the answer but I have found UORs online chat helpful previously and the pm facility on Twitter.
I think that you can only upgrade to an AP in person at an UOR hotel, GSs at parks and Citywalk. Good luck.

Guest services at UO is an easy way to handle your situation.
Send them an email about the tickets.

They work with each case individually.
