Ticket question?

I bought tickets through getawaytoday.com and I was wondering if anyone has done this? Can I go directly to the turnstiles? Or do I have to go to the box office to get my tickets? Disneyland said yes but Ive heard from others they had to go to the box office. Just want to get feed back form someone that have used them recently.

I also have tickets from them. The envelope seems to imply that if I had park hoppers, I would have to go to the ticket window to get my real tickets, but the tickets themselves are one-park-per-day tickets and it says they can be used at the turnstiles. I don't have them with me here at work, so I don't have the exact wording. I do need to go to the ticket window to pick up the character meal vouchers I purchased. I plan to do this the night before (and hopefully also be able to upgrade my tix to park hoppers) since we are staying within walking distance.

Mine are park hopper tickets. Its kind of confusing, because they sent me card stock tickets. I keep getting conflicting responses though

Getawaytoday does tickets two ways. They either send you the actual tickets you would take straight to the gates, or they tell you to pick up your tickets at the ticket booth using your picture ID. The person that pays for the tickets needs to be there to pick up all the tickets.

You need to ask GAT what type of tickets you bought if you can't tell from their instructions.

I bought tickets for my family through Getawaytoday for our upcoming trip in November. My DH and I got 4 day hoppers and our kids got 3 day hopper/ 1 day Universal. They sent our 4 day tickets for my DH and I and the voucher for Universal for the kids. We have to wait to get the kids 3 day hoppers at the ticket booth when we get there. I thought that was weird, but I called and asked and that's how they said they do the combo pack. I'm glad to see this thread, it makes me feel better!! Sounds like they do it both ways.

So last night I read over all the paperwork and fine print. It says to go directly to the gate and enter.
