At this time, we do not mail out the $150.00 resort-wide savings coupon booklet in advance. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured, you may visit Guest Services upon your arrival, with your online ticket confirmation number and your valid photo identification, to obtain your coupon booklet.

What I asked was this: I have a few questions regarding the online tickets. I'm interested in purchasing Orlando Flex Tickets and want to know if they qualify for the coupon book offer if purchased online. I see that the tickets can be printed at home, but can I pick them up at Guest Services? I do not have a cell phone to show confirmation.
I guess I will have to make a trip over to my parents house to call (free calls to the US) and get answers to my questions.
