Ticket question

Hi - I am planning on five park days and one water park day in April. I don't need park hoppers. If the weather isn't good on our water park day, we will just go to MK again. Can I buy a 5 day MYW ticket and wait and see what happens that week? Can I either upgrade my ticket to water park and more option or a six day park ticket at my hotel? Is that possible? Or is there a better way to do this? Thanks!

2. Yes, if you are staying at a WDW resort (or do the upgrade at any ticket booth or Guest Relations.)

5. You don't need a "Water Parks and More" ticket if you only want to go to one Water Park.
You can just buy a Water Park one-day admission ($53, plus tax) and save a few dollars.
You can buy it at your resort, if you are staying at a WDW resort,
or at the entrance to the Water Park (or any ticket booth or Guest Relations.)

Yes you can do either. You just have to upgrade no later than the day you use the last ticket entitlement. So you can't use all 5 days and get up on day 6 and upgrade.

This assumes you have separate ticket media and not a ticket that's part of a Disney vacation package with resort stay. Package tickets are granted a little more leeway and can upgrade within 14 days even if the ticket is all used up.

Thank you! I rented DVC points so I am buying my tickets separately - no package. I will buy the five day MYW ticket and see how it goes which will definitely save me money. Thank you!!!
