My mom purchased my 2 day 2 park non hopper ticket online Saturday 6/2. She wanted to have them be mailed but when she went to check out only the will call selection was available. She went ahead & purchased the tickets knowing the prices would be up the next day. I am not going to be at the Disney parks until 7/5 & 7/6. My mom is not giving me her credit card to get the tickets at the park. She is just dropping me off. I have a drivers license id. Is this a problem? She tried to talk on the phone with Disney but all reps were busy. My first park will be the Disney Studios. Next day Magic Kingdom. Where do I go to get the tickets?

I wonder if she could go with you (and if it's possible) to pick them up from Downtown Disney before you go? I believe there's a will call spot there, but perhaps some others can comment as well?:confused3

NO she's not going with me. Dropping me off at the drop off. She hates theme parks. :sad1:

You will need the Reservation Number, which is four letters followed by seven numerals. It is even better if you have a copy of the receipt with the bar code on it.

I'm not sure what printed out. I won't see the paper until the day I'm there which will be 7/5 & 7/6. I will be going to Disney Studios first. Is there a place there I can exchange the paper? Since I won't have my mom's credit card will my drivers license do? It has the same address as the billing for the credit card. Again my mom bought the tickets the day before the price change. & Will call was the only selection available. She wanted them mailed but there was no selection for mailing. She bought them 6/2 & I won't be there until 7/5 & 7/6.

You name and address is no good. Your name will not match the name on the reservation, and we cannot access the address from the reservation screen. You need the reservation number or the credit/debit card that was actually used for the purchase.

And calling Disney will get you a call center where they do not work with tickets except just sell them.

Thanks! Your exactly right! I asked my mom & she would have to go with me to get them to show her credit card & id. & Where do we go when we get to the Disney Studios? & There we get both tickets for the Studios 7/5 & Magic Kingdom on 7/6? We are hoping they will mail them so we don't have to do this. Waiting to hear back from Disney by email. Do you think they will mail them? My mom requested for them to be mailed. & If we get them at the park will they print out credit card size tickets? I don't want a piece of paper for my tickets! I like the nice credit card size tickets with the park logo.

You can go to any Park (including water parks, TTC, DTD or Epcot International Gateway) ticket or Guest Relations window. If you ordered two-day or longer tickets each person will have one card for all days.

Disney does not use paper tickets. They are either a Tyvek blend which is what you will get at a Park or hard plastic which are some non-park locations. Yesterday I had a person renewing her AP (which had expired a couple of days earlier) and she tried to rip up her old ticket and even using her teeth could ot get the Tyvek to tear.
