Ticket Question?

I was planning on buying our Disney tickets thru undercovertourist because of the great deals they offer to mousesaver subscribers BUT if i do buy our park tickets from them THEN my park passes will not be on my "KEY TO THE WORLD card-KTWC" will they? Will Disney put tickets bought from another vendor on your KTWC? It is so convinient just to have to keep up with one card for each of us.
