I was wondering does anyone know if I can use Disney Dollars or Disney gift cards to purchase park tickets?

And if so can I do this only at the gate or can I aslo do this at my local Disney Store?

Sure can, at the gate or at the Disney Store. I have used DD$ to buy my park passes several times.

The gift cards are new, but you can use them at the gate and Disney Store, too. The gift card system isn't completely installed at the WDW resorts yet, however, so you might not be able to use them to buy tickets at the check-in counters.

At the gate: Disney Dollars - Yes. The Disney gift cards however, I beleive are just for merchandise.

At Dis Store, no clue.
