We have purchased a 6 day MYW with 5 pluses (no hopping) Can we go to a water park in the morning and a theme park in the evening? Is this considered hopping?

Yes I believe you can. Hopping is between the 4 major parks. MK,AK,MGM, and Epcot

Pluses are for the Water parks etc and are not part of the park admision. a direct answer is no it is not hoping. you can go to two water parks and one of the four theme park in a day BUT this means you will use 2 pluses and one park admision. it is not possible to go to 2 theme parks in a day with that pass though even if you wnated to use 2 theme park admisions in one day but you can use all 5 pluses in one day if you want. hope this answers your question.
