ticket question - upgrading

Does anyone know how ticket upgrading works? I plan to purchase my tickets (MYW base tickets) in advance from ticketmania. However, after getting to WDW, if we want to upgrade to MYW plus or add more days, will Disney do the upgrade for me? Or since I purchased them from ticketmania, will they not upgrade? Thanks

You will have no problem upgrading the tickets no matter where you originally bought them from.
