Let's say you purchase a five day park hopper with plus options, do you have to use your plus options within the five days or do you have five days in the parks plus two additional days to use your plus options? Did I make sense or am I just confusing all of you as well?

Your plus options are in addition to your 5 days - you have 14 days to use everything.
