If I purchase a discounted 10 day hopper plus no exp., can I upgrade to an annual pss at WDW? If so, will I only pay the add on, or will I pay the difference between the discounted price and WDW's price?

TIA,
Wendi

Yes you can.

It depends on when you do the transaction. If it's within the first 14 days after first use, you can have the entire purchase price applied to the upgrade and the expiration of the AP will be backdated to the first day you used the ticket. Be careful though. If you use any of the plus visits before upgrading you will only be allowed to upgrade to the PAP. This upgrade criteria applies whether or not you have purchased the no expiration option.

If you do the transaction after the 14 days has past, you will get a credit of a prorated amount of the unused major park admissions that you can apply towards the AP.
