Hi - it's been a long time since I've been on this forum. We have a little granddaughter now so here we go again! We visit Orlando about once a year as my husband's sister lives nearby. We will probably go to disney at least one day on each visit - maybe more. I want to buy tickets for the family and am trying to figure out the most reasonable way to do that. Have you all found that it makes sense to spend the money and get 7 days or more with the no expiration option if you have my kind of situation? And do most of you use the hopper option, or do you find if you have small children that one park a day is plenty? Thanks for any input or suggestions. Please direct me if I should be on another part of the forums.
Thanks, sue

Not sure if it belongs here, either, but I'll reply anyways :)

In general, we will go for a lot of shorter trips (2 or 3 days), but not enough to make an Annual Pass more economical. So, we purchase 10-day no-expire park-hoppers (comes out to <$44/day for adults at the current price, I think) and just purchase a new one when that one is gone. You could drop the park-hopper option, but that just saves ~$5/day and you may find the hopper especially helpful if you're just spending one day at the parks. If you get to MK when it opens, you can get a lot done in the morning and then leave around lunchtime and hit another park. So, as long as you can afford to spend that much money up front, that is my suggestion. We also added premium to get 6 days at the waterparks. Seems like that was just another $50, but I don't have the prices in front of me.
