Ticket Question for Good Neighbor package

I booked our August trip at one of the Flamingo Crossing hotels through the Walt Disney World site. I also purchased our tickets/Genie+ and dining cards. The only thing showing in my MDE is the hotel reservation. It doesn't show the tickets and when I try to link the reservation it says that my reservation is already linked to my account. This is going to stress me out until I figure it out. This is our first time staying offsite but booking through WDW.
Am I just looking to early?

Did you go to the separate ticket column/link in MDE? Did you purchase the tickets online through MDE? If not, then you need to add the tickets you purchased elsewhere onto MDE before they will show.

Yes I purchased them as part of a package through the WDW website. I’m going to give it time. There is small print about getting them at check in which will suck in regards to park reservations.

If you can, use the chat function. They should show up if they were part of a package booked on the site.

I used the chat feature to ask about this exact situation, they loaded "Park Planning Passes" onto my account so that I could make park reservations. They specified that you will get your actual tickets at check-in and will need to link them to your account before going to the parks.
