We will be at WDW for 7 nights - 4 adults & 2 children. I was thinking about getting the 5 day pass. I have AAA and have seen 2 ticket sites on mousesavers.com with good deals too. :thumbsup2

While I'm sure we could actually use the "Park Hopper" tickets, I think we could get by with the regular tickets (no park hoppers; the ones that expire in 14 days.)

Here's my question: Since I could buy 10 day No park hopper tickets for LESS than the 5 day Park Hoppers, would it make sense to buy the 10 day tickets and if we wanted to go to more than one park in one day, we would still have that option??

10 day regular Adult ticket: $208
5 day park hopper Adult ticket: $232

If so, the 10 day tickets are cheaper so that would be the way to go for us. I'm thinking there must be some catch to doing this - using 10 tickets in 7 days.

ANYONE DONE THIS BEFORE??? CAN IT BE DONE??? :confused3

Nope can't be done.

A base ticket only lets you visit one park per day. When you try to go to 2 different parks in one day with your base ticket, you will be refused access to the 2nd park at the turnstiles because your ticket will not let you go through. It has already been scanned at another park, therefore that is why it clearly says one park per day.

If you want to visit more than one park per day, you have to buy the hopper option.

You can aways buy the base ticket and if you feel the need to hop, buy the otion diractly at WDW. However you will pay the entire price no matter how many days left on your park ticket. That is why it is wise to make up your mind quickly early on in the trip.

You can get 7 day tickets... and now disney is giving the hopper and waterpark option upgrade free! just tell your agent it is code yvg. It will take your discount off the room so compare and see which is better for you. I ended up getting my tickets w/the free hopper and waterparks instead of the AAA discount off the room :) enjoy your trip! :thumbsup2

I just knew it was too good to be true!!! So I guess a 5 day ticket is really ONE ticket coded with all the information; it's not 5 individual tickets, right????

It seems that Disney has thought of EVERYTHING... and then some! No stone goes unturned when figuring out how the public might try to "bend the rules" and get the best deal! :sad2:

(When I told my husband about the "finger scan" as part of the park ticket, he said it sounds like the "anti-Christ" or "big brother"!) I guess it's their park so they can make up their own rules. "He who has the gold, makes the rules!"
If I used Dreams Unlimited for my hotel, can I order my park tickets through them and get a better deal than if I get my tickets through AAA??? :confused3
