Ticket Purchase at Sam's Club and Ticket Upgrade

Good afternoon!

My husband and I may be visiting Disney in May. We had annual passes for quite a few years, but we decided to take a break. (That break is finally ending!)

It looks like one of the less expensive options is Sam's Club. Has anyone bought from them? I want to make sure I can upload them to My Disney Experience.

On a side note, if I decide I want to upgrade to an annual pass, can I do so? Can I do it before my tickets were to start? I have family going down a month and a half earlier. If I crashed their trip, I would need to activate my ticket prior to the May dates it is for, but I would be upgrading it to an annual pass.

Does any of that make sense? Would that even work?

They are an authorized WDW ticket reseller/discounter.
1. Enter the ticket number into MDX.
2. Yes.
3. Yes. BUT, it may likely be rather expensive to
change the date and upgrade at that earlier date.
