Ticket Prices Increasing June 12th!

New Special offer.

$199 for a 3 day hopper. That's $25 off the gate price. Good from June 18th to October 1st.

thanks for all the talk on this....I wasn't going to buy now, but changed my mind at 10 p.m. last night while reading...paid 211.00 for 6 day hoppers (each) saved 40 per ticket now-that's 160.00 less than today- excellent!

ARES travel still has the old prices on their website this morning.

...and Last Minute Travel. If I've done the math correctly (questionnable, since it is still earlyish morning here :lmao:), the price difference for our 5 tickets will be $234 if I buy through LMT today, versus waiting and going through disneyland.com.

New prices are up. http://disneyland.disney.go.com/tickets/

Though it doesn't show all the multiday no hopper prices.

But notice how they scaled back the disctount for eticket PHs. Now only $10-$20 off not $20 to $40 off. :sad2:

Yep, I noticed that, too. Man, they are really raising prices and shrinking discounts in a big way. I was online at 12:01 and 12:02 and the old prices were still showing. I was thinking, hmm, maybe they will give folks a few more hours. But nope, a couple of minutes later....

Glad (and sad) that I had to buy my AP yesterday. I also read somewhere that all Californians can pay for their APs monthly now (!!!!!), but when I went to click on the link, it wanted me to enter my AP number. Right now all I have is the eTicket. Wish I could have gotten on the monthly plan, but when I purchased, it did not offer me that option. Maybe it's new?

I saved a pirate ship full of money by buying my tickets yesterday! pirate:

Thank you so much to all you wonderful Disers who are up on all the latest news for letting me and everyone else know about the increase.

You guys are the best! :flower3:

For me, it's sad. Had to shell out almost $1k, 5 months earlier than planned. I was gonna buy PHs to get the MM, and upgrade to DAPs while there. So no MM for us. Also, it's never 100% sure that we'll get our DGD when we plan. DGD's other grandmother is not doing well. If she takes a turn for the worse, DGD may not be able to go, and I'll be stuck with $1k worth of tickets, and not sure what to do with them.

But on the bright side, I saved $150 on tickets that I'm 95% sure I'm gonna use. I just wish Disney had waited until August, like I was counting on. And I wish the hike wasn't so steep. $50 more for DAP - yikes. I was counting on about $20; it may have been worth still doing the PH->DAP upgrade then, just for the MM. I'm another one who, like a PP stated, got the Costco deal for a net of $219, less than two years ago. What an incredible series of price hikes! :scared1:

Does anyone happen to recall how much a 3 day Hopper used to be for adults and children, when buying off the Disney website?

It's a long story why I'm wanting to know so I won't bore you with the details - thanks!

Since they are available for use until October 1, do you think this offer will stay on their website for a couple of months at least?

I wouldn't want to guess on two months. The offer wasn't that long yesterday before the pricing update. It used to go through Sept 5th for the first use and you had 45 days to use all three days.

Okay so i totally missed the cut off but..... i almost had a heart attack when I went to the site to see the new pricing that Nor Cal can now do the payment plan!!!!! Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best news!!!

Is ARES a safe place to buy tickets today? We are going to DL in September, so I don't expect a better price than the "special offer", but ARES website still has the old prices, which of course are much better than the special. Oh, the pressure of what to do!
