Right on the Disney Parks blog:

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2011/06/disney-parks-ticketing-update/

We wanted to let you know that ticket prices are increasing at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. The new prices go into effect on June 12, but today we’re sharing an early look at pricing details as well as some existing special values for Florida and California residents.
At Walt Disney World Resort, the Magic Your Way ticket offers a variety of options for you to customize your ticket purchase and save on your visit. Florida residents can also take advantage of the monthly payment plan we launched last year to give them greater flexibility when they purchase an annual pass. All updated pricing is posted on the Blog and also will be added to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/tickets-passes/.
And at Disneyland Resort, details about ticket prices are posted on a special page we’ve created on the Disney Parks Blog. The information will also be available at http://disneyland.disney.go.com/tickets/ on June 12, including details about special summer values for Southern California and Northern Baja residents, as well as our Southern California resident pass, which is more popular than ever with the monthly payments option.

MYW tickets are seeing a big increase. Each day beyond the 4th is $8/day, up from $5. PH and WPFM up $1 to $55. No Expiration up around $12 at the high end.

1-day base up $3 to $85.

Non-FL APs up $20.

Just renewed my AP, thanks for the heads up.

I always thought it was August they did the price increases :confused3

It has always been August, except the year that they raised the price twice in the same year....My DH's AP expires next month, so I guess I'll be renewing online now.

Last 4 or 5 years it was the roughly the first weekend in August...this one caught be by surprise, as well as the changes...

Ugh, just went to the AP website to renew, but it's not giving me the option. Strangely, the AP website says 60 days prior, but 30 days after and all other sites say 30 and 30 on both sides. My DH's AP expires July 31, so I guess I will try to call. Back in the past, I could just buy a renewal voucher, but not an option now.

Thanks for the heads up, we're buying tickets for kids and grandkids for an Anniversary Celebration (Feb. 2012) and every little bit of savings helps. I had planned on just buying a couple a month, but with the increase I think I'll go ahead and buy all I have left to purchase! :scared1:

Oh NO! I was planning on buying my tix for August this month when the Mousesavers.com newsletter comes out on the 15th....
Am I out of luck?
I tried to click the link to Undercover Tourist on a previous newsletter and it got me nowhere.
Is there anything else I can do for the link?
I am a subscriber to Mousesavers.com.
TIA!

I wonder if they're releasing the 2012 packages too? :confused3 Generally, they're both released together in Aug. Big increases for this ecomony.....

It looks like the 10 day/no expiration is almost the same price as an AP.

For the past few years, the 10-day non-expiring park hopper has cost more than an annual pass.

*You're right - a non-expiring 10-day MYW (not a hopper) will be $516 + tax vs. the AP at $519 + tax.

Resort prices are also listed on WDW's site - which I assume take effect Jan. 1st and not this Sunday!

This really irks me. Paying for "free dining" and mega room discounts, something I do not use as a DVC member, by raising ticket rates.

Please Disney, next time cut the discounts BEFORE you raise prices. Make everyone pay their fair share rather than making everyone pay more.

To be fair though, we also get a nice DVC discount on Annual Passes.

Well this is annoying. I thought it was August when ticket prices were raised. If prices are going to increase every 10 months, they could get pretty outrageous pretty fast. Yet another reason I hate free dining.

Here is the new price chart. Within the next few days all of the information in the ticket sticky will be updated.

I see a Pete rant coming on the next podcast. LOL

Not liking the increases that keep happening. I know they been busy this year, but what could they possibly be thinking with this?!?!?

Ok well I think they need to do one or the other....
Offer discounts year round or bring prices to a reasonable amount. I priced out one night at the GF. Rack rate $600 with tax for an outer building. Seriously?????
I know...I can stay at a value or mod, but even the mods are around $200 rack rate. I love Disney, but soon I will be priced out.
