Ticket Pick-Up

I just purchased my tickets to Universal and Islands of Adventure through my travel agent. She just sent me my information and in the email that comes directly from Universal it states that ticket pick up options include a ticket kiosk located at the front gates of the parks. Has anyone retrieved E-tickets this way? Also, since we're staying at Portofino, can Portofino help with retrieving the tickets before I get to the park? Any info and help with getting my tickets as easily as possible will be greatly appreciated! Thanks you!

There are also kiosks in the hotels that you can use, so there will be no issue.

Is this the same for Annual Passes? I'm staying at Royal Pacific but wont be arriving until past 9pm and would love to get my pass before heading over for Early Hours the next day.
Also, do we need to take pictures for the APs?

Yes, you can get your AP at RPR. It's been a couple years since I've done that. I think you swipe the CC you used to get the pass. It might have changed since I've done it.

Yup, the same for the AP. No photos for them, just for the express passes.
